New Head Chef
We are pleased to welcome our new Head Chef Paul Rasteiro, who is stepping in to Anna's shoes (not an easy task) whilst she is away on maternity leave. Paul has a background in Hotel and Restaurant catering including Mirabelle under Marco Pierre White and Carlton Towers under Bernard Gaume before his more recent event catering involvement heading sections of the new Wembley and O2 Arena, London.
